TripAdvisor has awarded two of our parks – Ord House Country Park in Berwick and Forget Me Not Country Park in Longhorsley – a Certificate Of Excellence this month!
Founded in 2010, the Certificate of Excellence award honors hospitality businesses that consistently achieve outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor. This award is only given to the top 10 percent of accommodations, attractions, restaurants, and holiday rentals listed on TripAdvisor.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, a hospitality business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five.

“Ord House Country Park is one of the best sites we have been to. The night porter was extremely pleasant on arrival and provided us with a great welcome pack with all of the required information, which you rarely get at a site. The toilets were spotless and there was a brilliant park for kids with a big football pitch. There is a lovely path right around the whole park. There’s a great pub, which makes really decent and reasonably priced food. The pitches for the touring van were massive and had water and drainage in place. Well worth the extra cost. A really lovely place to go with loads of things to do nearby – well worth a visit!”
“We stayed at Forget Me Not Country Park over the bank holiday weekend. The park is very clean and well kept, the shower block is nice and warm and again well kept. All of the staff that we met in the bar were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant on site was lovely – the food was well presented and not badly priced either. The one gate in and out was an added security for us. We would return as we enjoyed our time here!”
