If you are considering purchasing one of our static caravans for sale in this beautiful county, let us share with you some of the amazing attractions that surround our captivating country parks.

Bamburgh Castle

Bamburgh Castle is one of Northumberland’s most popular attractions. Steeped with over 3,000 years of history, the castle showcases exhilarating views and the feeling of fresh sea air.

The award-winning castle offers plenty of opportunities year-round to explore historic treasures and uncover tales of the Vikings, knights and dragons and The Last Kingdom.

Bamburgh Castle was actually also used as a filming location for many blockbuster movies, including Transformers: The Last Knight, Robin Hood and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. See if you can spot the famous scenes during your visit!

The Farne Islands

A beautiful National Nature Reserve in Northumberland, The Farne Islands is home to an internationally important breeding colony of thousands of sea birds and grey seals.

A fantastic day out for nature lovers, Sir David Attenborough declared the islands as his favourite place to see and experience nature in the UK. Approximately 23 different species of birds can be seen here, including colourful puffins.

The best time to visit The Farne Islands for a boat trip is between March and October. Be sure to keep an eye out for the island’s colony of grey Atlantic seals – you won’t want to miss them.

Northumberland Coast

Our caravan parks in Northumberland put you close to the stunning coastline, which is home to hidden bays, blazing sunsets and plenty of delicious seafood.

Spanning 40 miles, the coastline starts at Berwick-upon-Tweed and finishes at the River Coquet and has so much to offer.

The iconic and dramatic beach in Bamburgh is one of the biggest attractions in Northumberland. Why not take a picnic or enjoy a wind-swept walk along the coastline with your pooch?

There are many seaside attractions to enjoy in the coastal towns and villages, including fish shacks, pubs with a sea view and local fish and chip shops.

Alnwick Castle

The origins of Alnwick Castle date all the way back to the Norman period, over 950 years ago. With so much history to discover, the story of the castle intertwines with the famous Percy family.

There is always something happening at Alnwick Castle, from charity events and talks to exhibitions and shows. Keep an eye out on their website for the best thing to see and experience!

Lindisfarne Castle

The Holy Island of Lindisfarne is a magical place to discover and one of the most iconic landmarks in the UK. When it’s safe to cross the causeway, you can expect to find many charming cafes, an ancient priory and a castle that sits perfectly on the coastline.

From the outside of Lindisfarne Castle, there is a summer-flowering garden to see, leading into 19th-century industrial lime kilns, shoreline walks and a National Trust shop in the village.

It’s important to check safe crossing times to access Lindisfarne because twice a day it becomes separated from the rest of the island and completely inaccessible due to the tide.
