We value reliability, ambition and we’re passionate about what we do. We work together and we strive to do the right thing by our customers, the business and each other.
When creating opportunities to join our team, experience and past achievements are important, so we’ll talk about them, and we’ll ask for your CV. What’s more important to us is that you’re aligned with our values. If you haven’t worked in the holiday park industry before, that’s not a concern to us, with the right attitude and approach we can train you in everything you need to know, however what we can’t train you to do, is to value what we do. We regard this so highly that we ask that you only apply if you’re confident you can thrive working as part of a supportive and productive team that has a strong desire to do the right thing. A team that enjoys what they do, and that has ambitions to take the business forward. A team who can be relied upon to do what they say they will.
