Located in Neasham, Hurworth Springs is our beautiful residential park. Whether you already own a country home with us or have only just started weighing up the pros and cons of purchasing, we want to share what we believe are some of the best things about owning your very own country home.
You need to be 45 or older to purchase a country home at Hurworth Springs, meaning one thing, embracing the peace and quiet of a park for adults only and a community of like-minded people.
At Hurworth Springs, all the background noise you hear in the hustle and bustle of the city is replaced by the tweeting of birds. Sounds perfect to us.
Here at Hurworth Springs, you’re surrounded by nature. Do you prefer bird-watching, going fishing or perhaps for a walk? Whichever one you enjoy best, you can have it all at our residential park.
Our park lake also offers a sense of tranquility that is hard to find anywhere else. Who wouldn’t want to wake up to a view of a peaceful lake from their decking with a cuppa each morning?
Believe it or not, we all get bored of peace and quiet sometimes. But not to worry, you can get the best of both worlds at our residential park.
There are vibrant villages nearby including Croft, Neasham and Hurworth – as well as the town of Darlington being just a short drive away (or, if you’re not driving, you can make use of the bus stop right outside our park). A few public attractions include the Darlington market and Hippodrome centre, so why not get exploring?
