Despite a summer of very mixed weather we have had the pleasure of welcoming a good number of new holiday home owners onto our park, many of whom are first time buyers and would like to thank all existing Owners for the continued support.

The annual trade show in Hull has just taken place, with several factories touting for our business, we have taken the opportunity to top up our stock levels with the latest models which we will be taking deliveries of very shortly.

We still have a selection of 2012 models in stock that we can offer you for sale at superb prices, and being already on-site we can have them set up and raring to go in the blink of an eye, so that you can enjoy the beautiful Autumn season and the run in to Christmas.

The final phase to the park is now nearly finished with just a little bit of landscaping to do. Although we have invested a lot of money into the park, we are please with the result and hope is complements the village and the views of the cleveland hills.

After many meetings with the National Park we are starting our landscaping program. This will consist of native shrubs and trees been planted in the field next to the park and along the back side of the holiday homes on the left hand-side of the park. We are also continuing with our flower tubs and trees on park as some of you will already have seen. In time as they mature we think this will add even more character to our already beautiful park.

As with most of the UK we have experienced a rise in our operating costs, but after extremely careful budgeting and forecasting we have taken the decision not to increase the Park Fees this year.
