The August Bank Holiday Weekend is always great fun at Maguires Country Parks; this year was no exception. It was great to see so many of you enjoying your caravan on our parks, and we’d like to say a big hello to our new holiday homeowners who bought caravans from us over the weekend!
As we move into September, it is all about The Lawns and Beaulieu Caravan Show in Hull! As well as being the place to see the latest and best that the British caravan industry has to offer, it is also a great family day out, with face painting and balloon modelling for children, a strolling jazz band, a brass band, ice cream trucks and lots of other refreshment stalls. The event takes place on Saturday, 3rd, and Sunday, September 4th and admission is just £3 per person or £7 per carload.
The show is a great place to start if you have always wanted your own home in the country. Take time to have a look inside the caravans to get a feel for what life as an owner would be like. You will be able to see all of the latest models from the UK’s leading manufacturers up close, with famous names such as Pemberton, Willerby, ABI, Swift, Carnaby, and more exhibiting their 2017 stock.
This year we will be sharing stands with our friends ABI and Willerby. The Maguires Country Parks team are looking forward to chatting to members of the public, handing out goodie bags and launching our Win A Holiday competition! Simply fill out the competition cards on our stand, and you could win a Caravan Break at Ord House Country Park – our Five Star park in Berwick Upon Tweed, which was Voted Best Park in the North East by Practical Caravan magazine!
At The Lawns, we will also be purchasing the latest caravans and glamping pods for our Country Parks: Forget Me Not, Newbus Grange, Swainby and Ord House, so look out for the new models appearing on our website and arrange a viewing! Not only will you get a better feel for the holiday home you are interested in, but you will also get a feel for the park itself. Location really is everything, and we believe we have the most beautiful parks in the UK – but don’t just take our word for it! We look forward to welcoming you!
